Tallinn Creative Hub is the main activity to have continued beyond Tallinn’s year as European Capital of Culture. It was founded by the City of Tallinn. The aim of the foundation is to expand Tallinn and Estonia’s cultural scene in collaboration with a range of organisations.

The objective is to shape the reconstructed Creative Hub as a development centre for culture exports and local creative industry, as an attractive part of urban space and as a learning and leisure centre.

The name of the foundation is Sihtasutus Tallinna Kultuurikatel in Estonian – Tallinn Creative Hub in English.
