The Creative Hub is the main venue of the events taking place in Estonia during the Estonian Presidency of the European Union (EU). The unofficial meetings of ministers and several conferences will be held here from 20 June to 2 November 2017. The Creative Hub is closed for other clients during this period due to events related to the Presidency.
The Presidency is prepared and carried out by the Estonian EU Presidency team created by the EU Secretariat of the Government Office. At the level of the Council of the European Union, the Presidency will have to lead the work of over 200 working groups of the Council. The Presidency also represents the Council of the European Union in various negotiations and meetings with the European Parliament, the European Commission and third parties.
Approximately 200 events will take place in Estonia during the Presidency and 20,000 to 30,000 guests from abroad are expected to come here to attend them. There are also 22 high-level events among them.
The Presidency of the Council changes every six months. Estonia will take over the Presidency from Malta and will pass it on to Bulgaria after six months.
The Creative Club will be open again from 3 November 2017!
