FOR WHOM? Entrepreneurs and executives who are responsible for innovation, strategy, sales, marketing and communication and everyone who wants bring additional value to their undertaking.
WHY? Design thinking as a creative problem-solving method has not yet gained much ground in Estonian business culture.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN? We will discuss design thinking opportunities in business development. We will start with ideas and how to notice and recognise problems and finish with creating a management culture and a way of thinking supports innovation.
HOW? As frequent conference attendees, we know that the audience is most likely to relate to and draw parallels with other people’s experiences. Therefore, we have asked all speakers to pay special attention to practical examples on how to use design thinking and tools in the everyday work routine. We encourage them to engage in an honest discussion about what actually works and what does not.
More information about the speakers can be found at http://designminds.ee/disainmotlemise-konverents/esinejad
