Estas Tonne is a modern-day troubadour, a guitar virtuoso born in Russia who has been travelling for the world for years. He started playing the guitar at the age of 8 and launched his street music career in the early part of this century. His bread and butter has been playing for one night in every town and city, and he has been giving concerts every day for years, wherein the secret of his success clearly lies. He has said: “I decided I wouldn’t give up playing the guitar while I was still managing to reach the depths of people’s souls with the plucking of its strings.” This art is one of which he is a true master.
