On 28-30 October, the Üle Heli music festival takes place in Tallinn for the second time. The three-day music festival showcases performances reflecting elements “beyond sound” and takes place in different venues in Tallinn from the Creative Hub to St. Catherine’s Church, including several album release concerts, adventurous collectives as well as daring artistic and technical solutions.
