What will you learn?
Veronica Fossa focuses on food and food culture as a strategic tool that generates well being and happiness in the professional life. With a Master in Economics and Management of Entertainment and Art from Jönköping International Business School, Veronica is a food strategist, service designer and entrepreneur, working on how design methods applied to the food industry can bring impact not only to those in the industry but also those in other industries, by creating setups that facilitate community growing and innovation.
Food designers, service designers, professional chefs, home cooks, start-up and already practicing entrepreneurs and all, who wish to generate ideas in the intersection of food, design and urban culture – welcome!
Participation fee 20 EUR / Due to the limited number of participants the workshop requires pre-registration. Pre-registration till 31 August (incl.) by email dagmar.kase@kultuurikatel.ee.
