The first event is Tallinn Vegan Fair 2017, the longest running vegan festival in the Baltic States, which will be held from 11-17 on 4 November. The Creative Hub will present Craig Tannock (Scotland), who has run concert venues in Glasgow since the early 1990s and established vegan cafés since 1994.
