Conference: Future Hospital 2026

The healthcare system is facing increasingly complex challenges and changing expectations. Growing demand for healthcare services, shortages of healthcare professionals, rapid technological development and rising expectations for patient-centred care call for new solutions and models of collaboration.

The Future Hospital 2026 conference brings together leading experts from Estonia and abroad to explore how to shape modern, high-quality and sustainable healthcare. Key topics include the role of academic hospitals, advances in neuroscience and precision medicine, psychological safety and teamwork in healthcare, the use of AI and emerging technologies in clinical practice, and patient-centred multidisciplinary care.

Over two days, the conference will feature a parallel programme across eight halls and more than 80 speakers from Estonia and abroad, sharing insights from clinical practice, research and healthcare development.
