The grand final gala of the Youth Band 2017 competition will be held at 19:00 on 11 November at the Creative Hub. The 17th winner of the competition will be announced at the gala.

There will be surprise appearances and the winner of Youth Band 2016, The Notes, will also perform at the final gala.
The evening will be hosted by talented actors Jürgen Gansen and Markus Habakukk.
The diversity of genres and the experimental nature of the participants will once again offer particularly fresh and surprising musical pearls.
Nora’s Closure will play flowing neo-soul, which is complemented by a minimalist electronic power, whilst Rainer Ild will thrill listeners with somewhat dark and unheard-of nuances of sound in alternative rock music. INGER shows how wonderful a combination of acoustic guitar, piano and a clear vocal can be, whilst MIR will fascinate listeners with melodic jazz fusion.
