Red Bull Music Academy club night on 8 July features French house music DJ and producer Breakbot and the wonderfully mellow-voiced Irfane.
Breakbot’s debut album By Your Side was released on Ed Banger Records following their ‘Baby I’m Yours’ single. It’s a sunny record where base rhythms and guitar pieces come together in perfect symbiosis.
Breakbot and Irfane have been touring around the world with By Your Side for nearly two years. This time as friends has made them realise that the only logical step is to continue as a duo. In 2016, Breakbot released the album Still Waters as a duo.
Local academy graduates will feature along with artists from abroad.
