Tom Odell Concert

British singer Tom Odell will perform in Tallinn Creative Hub on 17 March. The show is part of his Wrong Crowd tour.

ONLY 1,299 tickets available!

Tom Odell, the British musical sensation, is the author of the hit song Another Love and a favourite at big music festivals such as Glastonbury and Sziget. He has also won the famous BRIT Award. The 26-year-old has already released two highly successful studio albums, the latest of which, Wrong Crowd, came out in the summer of 2016. Album co-producer Jim Abbiss previously worked on recordings by the likes of Adele, Arctic Monkeys, and Kasabian.

Tom has said that his lyrics are inspired by his inability to sustain a relationship with someone for longer than six months. “I find that I write much better songs when I’m being honest, and writing about things that happen to me,” he says. “It can get a little weird though, when friends or girlfriends realize that a song is about them. But it’s amazing what you can get away with it. Artistic license, I think they call it.”

Odell grew up listening to Elton John and one of the first albums on his record player was Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (1973). He also cites David Bowie, Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Billy Joel, Tom Waits, as well as Rodríguez and Bruce Springsteen as influences.

Vogue refers to Tom Odell as the fashion industry’s favourite piano man. His music has accompanied numerous Burberry fashion shows.

The singer is touring in Europe to promote his new album and will also pay his first visit to Estonia.
